Veterinary Nursing

I am looking for a veterinary nurse to assist me with my equine patients.

The position offered is casual for approximately 8-10 hours per week, mostly Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with examination, diagnostics, and treatment of equine patients in the field

• Preparation for consults and procedures

• Assisting with radiology and other diagnostic procedures

• Cleaning and maintaining equipment

• Answering phone calls and record keeping

You should bring horse handling experience and enthusiasm to provide excellent care to equine patients. Previous veterinary nursing experience or nursing qualification is not mandatory but encouraged.

Good communication skills.

Driving license and must be able to drive manual.
